Prior to joining Raines Law Group LLP, Randal was associated with the law firms of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory and Natsis LLP. Randal's practice is focused on litigation, litigation prevention counseling, intellectual property transactional and litigation work, contract negotiations, transactional entertainment matters and transactional real estate matters. Randal has worked with a wide array of institutional and business clients in the real estate, entertainment, business start up, and corporate industries. Randal has represented clients in both state and federal courts in trial and appellate proceedings, as well as all pre-trial aspect of litigation, including alternate dispute resolution.
Randal received his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Psychology and the Plan II Honors Program. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of California at Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law in 2002. Randal was admitted to the California Bar in 2002 and has been licensed to practice in state and federal courts in California since 2002.
