Andrew Kirsh has extensive transactional experience in a wide range of real estate, corporate, entertainment, and alternative energy disciplines. His work includes the representation of public and private real estate companies in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing and financing; a broad spectrum of middle market companies structuring private placements of equity and debt securities; entertainment professionals in negotiating acting, producing and financing deals; and clean tech companies in the development of alternative energy projects across the United States. Andrew also has significant litigation experience, having successfully tried multiple bench and jury trials in the areas of real estate, commercial and entertainment litigation.
Prior to joining Raines Law Group, Andrew was the founder of the Kirsh Legal Group, and previously worked for the Century City office of Goodwin Procter and the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins. In addition, Andrew is a co-founder of ATK Premier Properties, which owns over 100 apartment units in Southern California.
Andrew received his B.A. from Northwestern University in 1997 and his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law in 2000. While in college, Andrew was a four-year member of Northwestern University’s varsity baseball team, earning Academic-All Big Ten honors in each of his four years.
Andrew has been recognized as a “Southern California Super Lawyer Rising Star” by Law & Politics and Los Angeles magazine (2007, 2008, 2009).
