Jonathan has more than eight years of experience in real estate investment and development. Prior to joining Raines Law Group LLP, Jonathan was a Project Manager for a prominent Los Angeles development company specializing in the construction of low income tax credit housing. Jonathan has hands-on experience in all levels of real estate, including acquisition, entitlement, relocation, construction and asset management. Jonathan has also worked directly with local government agencies including the Los Angeles Housing Department, Community Redevelopment Agency and Los Angeles City Council.
Jonathan graduated with high honors from the University of California at Davis where he earned a BA in Economics. Jonathan also holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Loyola Marymount University and a Juris Doctorate cum laude from Loyola Law School where he was an Order of the Coif scholar.
