Jennifer Tullius is a litigation attorney whose practice includes Business and Commercial Litigation, Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights, Commercial and Residential Foreclosures, Banking, Real Estate Litigation, Real Estate Transactions, Probate, Wills & Trusts. Prior to joining Raines Law Group LLP, Jennifer was associated with the law firms of Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP and Tullius Law Group.
Jennifer received her B.A. from the University of Southern California, where she graduated cum laude in Philosophy. She earned her J.D. from the Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California at Berkeley. She has received the Moot Court Advocacy Award and the Prosser Award for Corporate Finance & Business Reorganization while in law school.
Jennifer is admitted to practice in all of the state courts in the States of California, South Carolina and Virginia. In addition, she is admitted to practice in federal district courts in the States of California, South Carolina, and Virginia, as well as the District of Columbia.
Jennifer is a member of the State Bars of California, South Carolina and Virginia, as well as the District of Columbia. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Urban Land Institute, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
